Ha! You thought I was going to talk about a relationship of some kind. Well, think again!
Because, I am not in a relationship, nor have I ever been in one, so there.
Now, back to what’s important. . .
So, you know when you get motivated to do something but you have to do it in that moment otherwise it never gets done?
Well, after this weekend and how all I ate was junk, I’ve decided to exercise on our Gazelle everyday so that I can lose weight and take care of my body.
I’m seventeen as y’all know by now and I have never “exercised” consistently in my life.
I can fast. I can diet. I can sleep.
I have NEVER been able to exercise.
I mean, I like to go on hikes and get exercise but not artificial exercise (like on machines).
So, from now on, I’m going to start exercising a little bit each day to work into exercising the decent amount I should have been exercising the past seventeen years of my life!
Needless to say, I’m going to need some help. So, please, whenever you see this post or read my blog, remind me and hold me accountable so that I can actually keep my commitment. . .
But, I have another problem that involves this newly found commitment of mine.
I’m not a morning person anymore, so I’ll exercise at night when I should be sleeping. . . Yeah, I need to get back into the habit of waking up early again.
I’ll work on it. . .
And, I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m doing this all of a sudden. I mean, I haven’t done it ever before. So, what changed my mind?
That is a question for another time. . .
